Hearty Italian seafood soup: a generous bowl of lobster, wild caught shrimp, fish, mussels and sea scallops poached in a rich seafood and tomato broth

HEARTY BEEF CHILLI

Very Spicy, flavorful blend of over 40 ingredients with sirlion steak, ground beef, celery, mushrooms, peppers, tomato and five chiles, topped with cheese and served with tortilla chips.

VEGETARIAN BLACK BEAN CHILLI

Almost 40 ingredients, less spicy but every bit as delicious as our original chili, topped with sour cream and served with a plate of tortilla chips.

WHITE CHILLI

Bolder but still flavored with our famous chili spices, made with chicken and white beans, tomato, celery, and peppers, topped with parmesan cheese and served with chips.

Our fresh green salad is a special feature of the meal.

We use local produce in season, local organic greens, and serve it family style at your table.

Dressing choices include: Lemon Basil Vinaigrette, Raspberry Vinaigrette, Cherry Balsamic, Spicy Thai Peanut, Ranch, Creamy Garlic & Blue Cheese.

Our braided cracked wheat bread is baked here daily.

CHERRY PECAN WHITEFISH

Locally harvested fresh Whitefish, baked in a savory crust of pecans, dried tart cherries, spices and bread crumbs. Served with 7 grain wild rice or roasted yukon potato.

ITALIAN PARMESAN INCRUSTED WALLEYE

Lake Superior harvested Walleye, dredged in Italian dressing, Parmesan Panko crust and baked until golden brown. Served with 7 grain wild rice or roasted yukon potato.

APPLE BUTTER PORK CHOP (Summer option only)

Grilled juicy pork chop, served with a house made Apple Butter, topped with caramelized onions and a spicy honey mustard micro green. Served with 7 grain wild rice or roasted yukon potato.

GREAT LAKES TEA & SPICE GRILLED RIBEYE

12 oz USDA Choice Angus Beef Ribeye, Cooked to order and seasoned with a Oaxacan coffe rub, Topped with our house made Herb Butter. Served with 7 grain wild rice or roasted yukon potato.

CRAB CAKES

Two large house made very meaty cakes lightly seasoned and sautéed in butter, served with spicy caper remoulade sauce. Served with rice or potato of the day.

SEAFOOD MEDITERRANEAN (Summer option only)

A mix of intense flavors, Wild caught Gulf shrimp and sea scallops sautéed in olive oil and white wine with fresh basil, oregano, garlic chunks, and Kalamata olives, served on a bed of wilted spinach. Served with rice or potato of the day.

PENANG CURRY

Malaysian style Curry with a rich blend of Herbs, onion, peppers and curry cooked in coconut milk served over rice and sauteed vegetables. As with our pastes, chicken, shrimp, tofu or local Shitake and Oyster mushrooms may be added.

RASPBERRY JALAPENO TOFU

Tofu marinated in a Jalapeno Raspberry vinaigrette, encrusted in panko and pan fried, served with rice or potato of the day.

VEGGIE STIR FRY (seasonal option only)

Mixed fresh vegetables including nappa, snow peas, broccoli, squash and peppers with our own slightly spicy Thai stir fry sauce, served over rice.

CHERRY BOURBON CHICKEN

Grilled Chicken Breast, drenched in a savory, house made, cherry bourbon sauce, Served with 7 grain wild rice or roasted yukon potato.

GREAT LAKES TEA & SPICE GRILLED CHICKEN

Fresh and all-natural chicken breast, seasoned with Northern Exposure Chicken Seasoning char grilled and Served with 7 grain wild rice or roasted yukon potato.

ROSTED RED PEPPER PASTA (summer option only)

Fresh basil, sage and garlic season this sauce of roasted red peppers, cream and parmesan cheese, served with linguine, primavera style, with fresh vegetables.

THAI PEANUT PASTA

Fresh vegetables sautéed in toasted sesame oil, tossed with linguine and a spicy Thai style sauce, topped with chopped peanuts.

BASIL PESTO PASTA

Fresh basil pesto, tossed with linguine primavera style, with broccoli, snow peas, red and green peppers and other fresh seasonal vegetables.

MUSHROOM AND TOMATO (Summer option only)

Mixed local mushrooms and tomato’s, sauteed with garlic, cream and parmesan cheese served with linguine, served with fresh vegetable of the pay

MUSHROOM AND ONION SHORT RIB

Hearty portion of Braised short ribs with caramelized onions, shitake mushrooms and cabbage in a brown gravy. Served with rice or potato of the day.

Curry, Stir-fry and Pasta sauces are Vegetarian.

Substitute Coconut milk for Heavy Cream

Add grilled all-natural chicken breast or basil marinated tofu.

Add local Shitake and Oyster mushrooms.

Add Wild caught Gulf Shrimp, or braised short rib.
